This option is for you if you don’t need to work with me 1:1, but you still want to find out what’s going on with your health and weight. Basically, I’ll be taking you through everything you need to know to improve your overall health and achieve a healthy weight for your body. No dieting involved.
This is the most popular option - and it’s kinda a no-brainer. You get five 1:1 sessions with me over three months, as well as initial testing which will help to identify any barriers to your weight loss progress.
This option is the most comprehensive available, and includes testing for reproductive and stress hormones. I highly recommend this option for peri- and post-menopausal women, as well as anyone who suffers from PMS symptoms, irregular periods, or other signs of hormonal imbalance. You also get an extra session with me!
